The flushing /power unit is built on a skid and mounted on a tandem axle trailer for easy transport and setup. The unit consists of the following items:

 

177 H.P. CUMMINS 5.9L DIESEL ENGINE 

 

• Hospital grade exhaust system for quiet operation

 

 

PUMP 1 

 

• 12 cu.in.rev (109 GPM @ 2100 RPM) used strictly for flushing. Pump can be remotely vented.

 

 

PUMP 2 

 

• Piston pump which operates 2 bank valve with cylinder spool spring return and motor spool detent.
• Used primarily as a power source to operate various actuators. 
• Motor spool can be selected to power closed centered systems. 
• Pump is remotely compensated.

 

 

PUMP 3 

 

• 4.84 cu.in.rev (44 GPM @ 2100 RPM) can be used for flushing or powering an open centered hydraulic system. 
• Pump is remotely vented.

 

 

HYDRAULIC TANK 

 

• 300 Gallons @ 80% capacity

 

 

DIESEL TANK 

 

• 72 Gallons @ 80% capacity

 

 

FILTRATION 

 

• 3 in tank mounted filters 
• Tank is equipped with in line filter for filling of tank. 
• 2 filters are equipped with onoff valves to avoid heavy contamination, which can lower costs by cutting back on filter usage due to heavy contamination. Each filter is capable of up to 250 gallons depending on filter rating.

 

 

FLUSHING OPERATION 

 

• Flushing flow, filter life, pressure and oil temperature can be viewed by on board Plus One screen. In line oil samples can be taken at any interval to allow for efficient and accurate system flushing. Samples can be taken at pressures from 100 PSI to 5000 PSI, can include humidity level, temperature and can be printed in various ratings. Unit is equipped with various hose and fittings to adapt to customer needs.
